Meninga ignored warnings about Titans culture – Sydney Morning Herald
Former coach Garth Brennan wanted to shake up or even sack some of the side’s leaders for not upholding club standards – but was overruled.

Earlier this year, Brennan, a policeman for 18 years, also alerted club owner Rebecca Frizelle to the problems hed had to deal with as coach in 2018 and 2019.
Gordons arrest shocked the NRL, as he was seen as one of the games good guys. But since his arrest, this column has heard other players with links to Parramatta where Gordon played in 2016 have come forward to raise concerns about him.
The Titans have questions to answer about why Brennans concerns about the culture at the club were ignored.
