Melbourne homicide detectives make fresh appeal for information in ‘solvable’ 2007 cold case murder of Joanne Howell

Homicide detectives have issued a fresh appeal for information about the murder of Hughesdale woman Joanne Howell 13 years ago.

Ms Howell, 51, was bashed and strangled in her home on April 21, 2007.
