The premier has warned Victorian parents not to be duped by sellers cashing in on the COVID-19 crisis as compulsory face mask rules loom.
From 11.59pm on Wednesday, all residents living in metropolitan Melbourne or the Mitchell Shire will be required to wear a mask or face covering or risk being handed a $200 fine.
