Picnic meetings and grassroots racing on Melbourne Cup Day have been cancelled as part of Racing Victorias latest COVID-19 fixture shake-up.
The Victorian Government eased lockdown restrictions on country Victorians during the week but crowds are still banned from events such as race meetings.
The ban on crowds prompted Racing Victoria to scrap the first four meetings of the picnic racing season between October 24 and November 7.
