Melbourne cluster grows to nine as new restrictions announced, northern suburbs hospital deep cleaned – The Age
The coronavirus cluster in Melbourne’s north has grown to nine cases, as a Clifton Hill McDonald’s and a CBD restaurant were added as exposure sites.
In an update on Tuesday afternoon, the Health Department said a positive case had visited the Queens Parade McDonalds in Clifton Hill on May 22 between 6pm to 7pm and the Bamboo House in the Melbournes CBD on May 21, between 11am and 11.50am.
Both sites are considered tier-one, meaning anyone who visited either restaurant during those times noted must get tested for COVID-19 and go into isolation for 14 days.
