Melbourne auction fever holds up despite lockdown – The Australian Financial Review
Highlighting the pent-up demand for housing, almost half of the 785 successful Melbourne auctions recorded by CoreLogic were homes that sold before auction.

Expect a progressively bigger lockdown impact if the lockdown is longer as the proportion of already inspected homes declines but hopefully thats avoided and it remains short.
