Meet ‘chocolate frog’: This newly discovered species is straight out of Harry Potter world – India Today
Scientists believe that the well-known and common green tree frog of Australia has a long-overlooked relative living in the lowland rainforests of New Guinea.

The discovery of a new species of frog has created excitement in the scientific world and among Harry Potter fans due to its uncanny resemblance to the ones shown in the movie. Dubbed as chocolate frog, Litoria mira, the new frog species has been discovered by scientists from Australia’s Queensland Museum.
