Superintendent Dale Pointon and Inspector Ian Crang will be available to discuss a live operation to intercept heavy vehicles and conduct safety checks, coinciding with National Road Safety Week.
The operation targets drivers of heavy vehicles, and will see police checking log books, looking for illegal modifications, conducting roadside breath and drug tests and speed enforcement.
