In the first preliminary hearing in the case of McDonalds versus Hungry Jack’s the judge basically called the whole thing “clutter”.

Folks, we have waited weeks for this moment to come around, but McDonalds has finally kept its promise to hand Hungry Jacks its own buns on a platter in court, with the preliminary hearing happening today. Spoiler: the judge was not fkn impressed.
