While the thought of bunkering down at an oceanfront Malibu beach house during the COVID-19 pandemic sounds like a dream for most, Matthew Perry has decided it’s a luxury surplus to his needs.
The former Friends star has just listed his laid-back Californian digs for $14.95 million, despite having spent some of his lockdown there, Variety reports.
