I’m constantly looking for new things to cook – and which will subsequently be rejected about half the time by at least two of my children. Dinner at my house is the toughest of all training grounds for new dishes. Right now, as spring is in the air and the daffodils are shouldering their way up to the light from the wet earth, I’m celebrating the wins of winter and looking forward to the warmer days of summer.
