Matildas are abandoning the W-League in favour of European leagues, PFA report says – ABC News
A report by the Professional Footballers Association says Matildas players are increasingly more likely to ply their trade overseas than in the W-League.
As Australia prepares to co-host the 2023 Women’s World Cup, the W-League is at risk of falling behind the world’s top women’s football leagues.
