Margaret River man Antony Hardy used metal pole to kill ex-wife’s husband David Graves, Supreme Court told

A man used metal painter’s pole to fatally strike his ex-wife’s husband after an argument about where he parked his car, the Supreme Court has been told.

Antony Charles Hardy, 70, pleaded guilty to murdering 75-year-old David Graves and causing grievous bodily harm to Graves’ wife Jacqui, at a property in Margaret River, Western Australia, in January 2018.

The Graves owned the property which Hardy, who was was married to Mrs Graves between 1973 and 1992, started renting after his sons expressed concerns about his living arrangements.
