Man sentenced over ‘cowardly’ attack of disabled, wheelchair-bound boy

A man has pleaded guilty to a “cowardly” attack on a disabled child in which he called the boy a “f—ing mongrel”, shook the child’s foot, and asked him if he could feel it.
