‘Man possessed’: Jury retires in groom-to-be murder trial
The jury in the murder trial of Sunshine Coast man Bernard John Robbins, 59, retired to consider its verdict at 3.45pm on Tuesday, the fifth day of the Supreme Court trial.Robbins, 59, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of his brother Gregory Kenneth Robbins, 61, from Perth, at his Buderim unit on June 13, 2019.It was accepted that five of the seven stab wounds Robbins inflicted, to Greg’s chest and abdomen, were lethal and caused his death.Chief Justice Catherine Holmes told the jurors if they…
