Man loses appeal despite claiming he was only in Adelaide when using mobile phone while driving to fight separate police claim

A South Australian man lost a bid to have a fine for using his mobile phone while driving overturned after arguing that he was only in Adelaide at the time to fight what he claimed was a separate police action against him.
