Man found after 18 days lost in Queensland bush speaks of ‘lonely, brutal’ ordeal
A man found after 18 days missing in Queensland bushland says his “split second decision of error” was getting lost by trying to avoid “bumper to bumper” traffic.
Robert Weber, 58, was found on Sunday on a state MP’s property after surviving in the remote area near Kilkivan, west of Gympie.
His Ford Falcon got bogged on a track after he left the Kilkivan Hotel with his dog on January 6.
