Man fined for deliberately sinking boat in SA’s Gulf St Vincent to create reef to attract fish

An Adelaide man has agreed to pay a large fine for illegally dumping a boat in Gulf St Vincent in what the South Australian Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and commercial fishers say is an example of a growing problem of people creating artificial reefs to improve fishing opportunities.
