Man dies from critical head injury after alleged assault
On March 11 at 4.30pm emergency services were called to a house on Caloundra St in Landsborough where a 31-year-old man had sustained critical head injuries. The victim, a Morayfield man, died in hospital early on Saturday morning.Police charged a 38-year-old Caboolture South man with grievous bodily harm on March 31.The charge is expected to be upgraded to unlawful striking causing death when the man next appears in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on April 12.
