Man charged over ambulance crash that killed midwife and patient

A man has been charged following a crash in which a nurse and elderly patient in an ambulance died in central Queensland last month.
Ray Wyeth, 65, a highly respected midwife in central Queensland, and an 87-year-old man were killed after the ambulance they were in was rear-ended by a truck.
