Man charged after teens’ formal ride flips into bar

Footage posted online in the moments before the incident show the vehicle driving at speed along the road with a cloud of white smoke behind it.
A large bang follows, before a number of bystanders race towards the scene – still obscured by the cloud.
“Absolutely, those bollards have been critical in the circumstances in saving people’s lives in my opinion,” Mr Hawkins said.
He added they footage appeared to show the vehicle, driven by a 44-year-old Glenview man, doing a “burnout”…
