Major boost as Rugby Australia policy call brings Wallabies stars back into Test frame – Fox Sports
Rugby Australia has amended its selection policy for 2020, bringing the likes of Samu Kerevi and Rory Arnold back into contention for the Wallabies this year.
The World Cup members were out of the frame heading into the Test season but an expansion to Giteau Law which allows foreign-based players with 60 Tests and seven years of Australian rugby service to be selected was announced on Thursday.
Rugby.com.au reported that two more players can now be picked outside of the laws normal parameters due to selection complications caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
