Shares in the company climbed by 13 per cent to 30.5¢ by early afternoon on Tuesday. MBH has a sharemarket capitalisation of $56 million.
Ms Beer owns a 3 per cent stake and is a director of the ASX-listed company which assumed her name in mid-July after dumping its previous name, Longtable Group.
Ms Millard said on Tuesday the company had also entered a new partnership with home meal kits group Marley Spoon.
