Lucindale grassfire in South Australia burning uncontrolled amid extreme fire conditions
Lucindale locals were counting the cost of a grassfire that burned through swathes of land around the area in South Australia’s south-east on Monday.

- A fire near Lucindale has burned through 16,800 hectares of land, the CFS says
- The fire was downgraded to “advice” level about 9:00pm on Monday, however the CFS warned it was still uncontained
