Louis Theroux has opened up about his secret tendency to sneak into bathroom stalls and take power naps at work.
The documentary filmmaker, 50, revealed he feels strongly that workplaces should have sleeping booths for over-worked employees.
“As I have got older I found that a little nap in the day, if I can get away with it, always helps,” he said on The Joe Wicks Podcast of how he stays productive.
