Loss of CCTV makes case of body in sewage tank one of cop’s toughest
But Acting Detective Inspector Mark Mooney of the Bayside Criminal Investigation Branch said the case had been hampered by the loss of critical CCTV footage.

The gap in time between when Mr Guise was reported missing and when he was last seen and his body was found meant investigators were unable to view much of the footage that could have revealed his potential killers, as cameras in the area were programmed to record over old footage.
Inspector Mooney said the Wynnum Anchor Motel nearby would have provided the best footage of the area, however most cameras in surrounding streets provided…
