Lord mayor says Brisbane green bridge designs have broad support – Brisbane Times
Public consultation on the proposed designs of two of the council’s pledged five green bridges has ended.

The council budgeted $257 million for the two bridges out of its $550 million green bridge allocation, pledging to fully fund the two bridges if no state or federal financial support was forthcoming.
Cr Schrinner said more than 1300 online survey responses had been lodged in the past month, reporting about 70 per cent favouring the bridge designs.
The lord mayor said the council’s next steps would be detailed analysis of the public feedback.
