A damning new report into Victoria’s local councils has found more than a quarter of workers experience sexual harassment on the job, and their employers are failing to do enough to stamp out the behaviour.

- 28 per cent of local council workers dealt with sexual harassment in the past 12 months
- Nearly half of LGBT workers and 40 per cent of women under 34 reported being sexually harassed
