A student at Auckland’s Avondale College has tested positive for Covid-19.
Principal Lyndy Watkinson says the school was notified on Sunday afternoon.
She says she has been in touch with the student and their family and they are doing fine.
Close contacts of the student have already been identified and contacted. Others in the school community are considered casual contacts.
