Little Max greets friends as rural households meet under eased rules – The Age
Three-week old Max was allowed his first social outing on Monday as regional Victoria moved into step two for easing restrictions as a reward for keeping infection numbers down.
Mr Kelly and his partner have not been able to see their own parents, who live long distances away.
