“Life is not all beer and skittles” as they say, but our Queensland ambos have always enjoyed their much deserved time away from the demands of the job. #ThrowbackThursday takes us back to a Christmas social for the Brisbane Queensland Ambulance Transport Brigade (QATB) at the Balmoral Bowls Club one Christmas in the early 1970s. The operational, admin and support staff came together for a happy Christmas celebration.
