Life in miniature: Netflix commissions first Australian documentary – Sydney Morning Herald
The streaming giant has commissioned a one-hour film about the microscopic marine life that keeps the Great Barrier Reef alive.

Streaming service Netflix has commissioned its first original Australian documentary, the underwater nature film Microworlds: Reef.
Currently in production in far north Queensland and due for completion next March, the one-hour program will feature ultra-high-definition footage of the tiny plants and animals that live below the surface on the Great Barrier Reef.
