LeBron says he could have made it in the NFL… and he’s named the two teams that wanted him
LeBron James nearly took his talents to Dallas or Seattle.
The Los Angeles Lakers superstar previously has acknowledged his opportunities to try out for NFL teams during the leagues 2011 lockout, but James says that he believes he was good enough to play professional football had he accepted the invitations he received that year from the Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks.
I would have made the team, James told The Athletic. I would have tried out, but I would have made the team.
