League legends want to see new rules ‘gone before it starts to rip up the fabric’ of NRL – Fox Sports
Rugby league legends Mark Geyer and Peter Sterling are concerned with new rules being introduced into the game’s top competition this year.

The rules in question relate to a play-the-ball rather than a scrum when a ball is put into touch, and also awarding two points for a successful field-goal kicked from more than 40 metres out.
Its another move by Australian Rugby League Commission chairman Peter Vlandys to speed up play and theoretically make NRL games more exciting for fans.
