Payments company Tyro has entered the cross hairs of class action lawyers for both customers and shareholders as a catastrophic terminal failure is poised to enter its tenth day.
Class action law firm Bannister Law confirmed on Wednesday it was investigating potential claims on behalf of businesses that have been unable to accept EFTPOS payments since Tuesday evening last week.
