Lawyer claims brothers accused of shooting Chloe Mason were defending family
A solicitor for one of two brothers accused of shooting dead a woman after chasing her down a residential street has claimed his client acted in response to an armed threat.
Codye Ian Thomson, 29, of Marsden, and Kaine Raymond Thomson-Gleeson, 32, of Caboolture, face one charge each of murder.
