A consumer has filed a class action lawsuit against Sony Interactive Entertainment over the DualSense controller’s drift defect.

A US law firm has hit Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) with a class action lawsuit, alleging that the PS5 DualSense controllers are defective due to drift.
According to a report from IGN the lawsuit filed by law firm Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP on February 12 in New York on behalf of plaintiff Lmarc Turner focuses on the DualSense controllers drift issue, and Sonys handling of the problem.
