Latrell sacrifices $1M payday as Bunnies lock down star on big new deal – Fox Sports
Latrell Mitchell looks set to snub rival offers and sign a contract extension with South Sydney.
News Corp reports the 23-year-old has finally been offered the two-year deal he wanted from the Rabbitohs and should put pen to paper within the week.
The Bunnies had been keen to lock him down on a longer deal but the club has relented to Mitchells wish.
The report claims the new deal will be worth $875,000 per season.
