Cases in County Durham continue to decrease as the roadmap out of lockdown was unveiled

Boris Johnson has given people the news they have been waiting for – lockdown restrictions will begin to ease from next month.
The Prime Minister unveiled a four step plan for coming out of lockdown which aims to lift restrictions between March 8 and June 21.
As the plans were unveiled, County Durham has continued to see its infection rate decrease after 776 cases were recorded in the seven days leading up to February 17 – a drop of 18.1%.
