Brendon Ah Chee, who spent five seasons at the Power before moving to the Eagles at the end of 2017, has been ruled out of the match after injuring his hamstring.
Utility Jarrod Brander comes in to the side while Brayden Ainsworth has been added to the squad and could play as the medical sub.
West Coast will welcome back skipper Luke Shuey for his first game for 2021.
