Larry King hospitalised with coronavirus, reports say
Veteran US television host Larry King has tested positive for COVID-19 and is being treated at a Los Angeles hospital, reported his former employer CNN.
Citing an unidentified person close to the family, CNN said the 87-year-old has been undergoing treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre for more than a week.
Hospital protocols have kept Mr King’s family members from visiting him.
The Peabody Award-winning broadcaster was among America’s most prominent interviewers of celebrities, presidents and other newsmakers during a half-century career that included 25 years with a nightly show on CNN.
