Largest liquid methamphetamine importation in Victoria’s history.
Four alleged members of a transnational criminal syndicate operating in Melbourne have been charged after ABF officers detected more than 560 kilograms of liquid methamphetamine stashed inside mustard bottles flown in via air cargo from Chicago, USA.
With an estimated street value of more than $123 million dollars, the Australian Federal Police, with assistance from ABF and Victoria Police commenced an operation into the seizure on 11 November.
