Large-scale manufacturing of a coronavirus vaccine candidate expected to deliver up to 60 million doses to the UK by the end of this year if approved has begun in Scotland, the Government has announced.
Clinical trials are still ongoing for the Valneva vaccine candidate but manufacturing has started at the French biotech company’s site in Livingston, West Lothian.
