Lancashire’s daily coronavirus figures for every area as Preston sees significant spike – Lancs Live
Across the UK, the death toll now stands at 41,549

There have been a further 44 cases of coronavirus recorded across Lancashire in the past 24 hours.
Just two areas – Ribble Valley and Wyre – registered no increase in positive tests, according to figures released by the Government today (September 5).
Nationwide, 344,164 people have now tested positive for Covid-19 and the death toll stands at 41,549.
This represents an increase of 1,813 and 12 respectively over the same time period.
