All staff members have now been placed into self-isolation for 14 days, the supermarket confirmed on Sunday, following further communication with the Department of Health and Human Services.
The decision was made to ensure the protection of all staff and customers.
The move will also mean the store reopening will be pushed back to at least July 27.
In Fridays announcement, the supermarket urged any customer who shopped at the supermarket on July 5 and has since felt unwell or displayed any symptoms to get tested.
CEO Patrick LaManna clarified that July 5 was the last day that any of the four infected workers had been onsite.
The fifth member of our staff to test positive, who we only learned about today, worked in the back office, in a non-customer facing role, and worked last on Tuesday July 7, he said.
He said the supermarket had not only met but exceeded every directive from the Department of Health and Human Services to deal with this issue.
We will now use the time between now and next Wednesday to put in place as promised even extra measures to protect our customers and staff members.
