The L39ION of Los Angeles team has announced the rosters for its UCI Continental team and its USA Cycling Domestic Elite team for 2021, confirming that notable newcomers like Ty Magner and Freddy Ovett are coming aboard next season.
Magner will join the L39ION Continental team after spending the past three years with Rally. The 29-year-old American is a fast finisher with a Tour of Utah stage win on his list of career achievements. Ovett spent 2020 with the Israel Cycling Academy Continental squad….
