Kyrgios ready to take on the world again, but injury, COVID could change that – Sydney Morning Herald
The Australian superstar has nominated to take part in two tournaments in the next six weeks but he has another job for the remainder of the Australian Open.
While Kyrgios has entered both tournaments, two factors will decide whether he rejoins the tour any time soon.
Firstly, Kyrgios wants to see how his knee pulls up after two weeks of tennis.
The Canberran moved well once the Australian Open started and played doubles with Thanasi Kokkinakis on Saturday afternoon, indicating he had pulled up well from consecutive five-set matches.
The other element is COVID-19.
