Several new venues in New South Wales are on coronavirus alert after a person who tested positive went shopping at Narellan Shoppingtown and another went bowling in western Sydney.
NSW Chief Health Minister Kerry Chant said anyone who visited the Kmart, Target, Best and Less, H&M and the food court area at Narellan Centre Shoppingtown on July 6 should be on alert for coronavirus symptoms.

In addition, anyone who visited Zone Bowling at Villawood between 11am and 3pm on June 27 should watch for COVID-symptoms.
If they occur, isolate and get tested right away, Chant said.

Face masks are being recommended now as a result of the higher number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases currently occurring across areas in Victoria under Stage 3 restrictions as explained by Victorian Chief Health Officer by Brett Sutton
The people infected with coronavirus had travelled to NSW from Victoria.
While contact within shops and the bowling alley should have been minimal, Chant said health authorities wanted to take every precaution to prevent further COVID spread.
This is a critical time where I urge you to come forward for testing, Chant said.
If you have an itchy, scratchy throat even the mildest symptoms, please come forward for testing.

Investigations are also ongoing into the source of coronavirus infection at the Crossroads Hotel.
Chant said patient zero at the pub had still not been identified.
