Kitchen scrap: Sydney chef calls out Gordon Ramsay for ‘copycat’ pasta dish – Sydney Morning Herald
Mitch Orr told Emerald City: “Gordon is one of the biggest chefs in the world … the right thing to do is to credit where the dish came from.”
“People don’t really own recipes but it is standard etiquette to give credit where credit is due,” Orr told Emerald City. “Gordon is one of the biggest chefs in the world with over 9 million followers on social media the right thing to do is to credit where the inspiration for the dish came from.”
