Shes broken down in an emotional new television clip from the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In a clip released online, the reality television star can be seen heading off with her family for the final vacation of the show, late last year.
The trip was off to a rocky start for Kim due to problems she was having in her marriage to Kanye – which we now know resulted in divorce.
